As important as it is to focus on the present, you cannot ignore your past. When you have felt stuck for a while, it’s important to go back and look at the roots of why you’re suffering. The hurt you experienced as a child does not just go away because you’re older. It still impacts you today in ways you don’t even realize. It can be tricky to navigate this journey on your own. Kendra will work with you to explore what happened to you and empower you with the tools and resources to identify and reach your goals.
